Follow the production process from order confirmation to dispatch from our manufacturing facility.
Order Placed: May 25, 2026
Express Shipping: Orders will be sent out from the factory on or before August 25, 2026.
Economy Shipping: Orders will be sent out from the factory between August 26 and September 15, 2026.
Express Shipping: Orders will be sent out from the factory on or before August 25, 2026.
Economy Shipping: Orders will be sent out from the factory between August 26 and September 15, 2026.

| Week 2 | June 1–7 | Fabrics, materials, embroidery colours, sizing and design files confirmed. |
| Week 3 | June 8–14 | Materials sourced and embroidery production files prepared. |
| Week 4 | June 15–21 | Fabric cutting and detailed embroidery production started. |
| Week 5 | June 22–28 | Embroidery production continued across all garments. |
| Week 6 | June 29–July 5 | Garment stitching and assembly started. |
| Week 7 | July 6–12 | Manufacturing, embroidery and garment assembly continued. |
| Week 8 | July 13–19 | Main manufacturing and garment assembly process completed. |
| Week 9 | July 20–26 | Finishing, loose-thread trimming and quality inspection completed. |
| Week 10 | July 27–August 2 | Products cleaned, counted, folded and prepared for packaging. |
| Week 11 | August 3–9 | Final product checks and packaging preparation completed. |
| Week 12 | August 10–16 | Orders packed, labelled and prepared for collection by the shipping carrier. |
| Week 13 | August 17–23 | Express orders moved to the final factory dispatch stage. |
| Express Shipping | August 24–25 | Express orders will be sent out from the factory on or before August 25, 2026. |
| Economy Shipping | August 26–September 15 | Economy orders will be sent out from the factory between August 26 and September 15, 2026. |
